Founder & Growth Strategist
Patrick Kritchever is the Founder of Stranded, where he leads growth strategy and digital performance for aesthetics practices, investment firms, DTC & CPG brands, and B2B/enterprise companies. He works directly with CEOs and executive teams to architect scalable growth systems, align cross-functional teams, and unlock new stages of revenue.
With over two decades of experience across executive leadership, sales, and marketing, Patrick brings a CMO-level perspective to complex growth challenges—helping organizations turn strategy into measurable outcomes.
His background includes building and leading international teams, with experience operating across New York, Madrid, and San Diego. This global perspective informs a leadership style that is practical, resourceful, and focused on execution that drives real growth.
Brenda Cao
Operations Manager
Brenda Cao is an Operations Manager based in Los Angeles, overseeing project management and team coordination at Stranded. She brings expertise in stakeholder engagement, program design, and Asana-driven workflows. Previously at Baby2Baby, she led award-winning national initiatives, including the 2023 Maui wildfire relief effort recognized by Fast Company, and partnered with The White House and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to scale maternal health programs serving more than 10,000 mothers.
Adam Sherrett
Creative Director & Senior Copywriter
Adam Sherrett is a Los Angeles–based creative director, copywriter, and photographer specializing in brand storytelling, e-commerce marketing, and cross-channel campaigns. A two-time Clio Award winner with more than a decade of agency and in-house experience, he has worked with brands including Levi’s, GoPro, Intel, Bragg Foods, RAEN Optics, Faherty, and Madre Mezcal—crafting campaigns, messaging, and content that connect with audiences and drive results.
