Matriarch Herbs supports mothers from the early days of postpartum and beyond with hand-pressed herbal products that nurture the body and spirit. Stranded was hired to bring their brand to life and create an authentic and personalized shopping experience.

It was important to us that every brand touchpoint is authentic. We searched the globe for a designer that could visualize the story and knowledge of Herbalist Laci Silva and also draw from their past experience as a mother with postpartum. After interviewing hundreds of applicants, we partnered with graphic designer and illustrator Charlene Wegman. "The goal was to pay homage to motherhood and the herbal remedies by illustrating a mother and child empowered by the surrounding plants," says Charlene. "I am so pleased I had a part in introducing this line of products because my own experience with postpartum was challenging."
In an collaboration with photographer Victor Schwanke, we embarked on a creative endeavor to curate a comprehensive library of product imagery and lifestyle assets specifically tailored to Matriarch Herbs' target audience—mothers navigating the postpartum journey. These captivating visuals were strategically designed to resonate with and appeal to this unique demographic, fostering a deep connection and understanding of their experiences. By seamlessly integrating these assets across various mediums, Matriarch Herbs can effectively communicate their commitment to supporting and empowering moms during the postpartum phase, providing them with a sense of comfort, wellness, and rejuvenation.
